LDPE – Injection

Ldpe injection, included in the low-density polyethylene group can be at standard and medium density in addition to its low gel levels. It is suitable for food contact and complies with drug standards since it ensures a high level of output with extrusion and injection technologies.

What is the definition of LDPE Inj?

This is a thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is not reactive at room temperatures. It can withstand temperatures of 80 °C continuously and 95 °C for a short time. Made in translucent or opaque variations, it is quite flexible and almost unbreakable.

In which areas it is possible to use LDPE Injection?

Linear Low Density Polyethylene or LDPE Injection is used in many areas such as food-packaging, frozen food packaging, floor-heating pipes, plastic wrap, cosmetics and medicine container, extrusion and injection molding, rotational molding and pneumatic film.

LDPE Injection Production

The LDPE injection produced by the polymerization process is applied by anionic, cationic or radical mechanism according to the process or the catalysts, and the polymers obtained after the process show different properties in structure.

  • It ensures an excellent optical and mechanical properties.
  • The heat sealability of the material is very good.
  • It is elastic with a high mechanical strength.
  • The melting temperature is low.
  • It is used in detergent containers and cleaning products packaging, bags and sacks, multilayered laminated products and inner layers for the heat sealing.
  • It is resistant to moisture and is used in plastic box, kitchenware, insulated plates, cables, coatings, packaging sectors. LDPE Injection, which is widely applied in many areas, is also inexpensive.
