The plastic material used in the industry gains value with pprc blow molding. It is formed in different shapes according to the purpose of the use and the type. PPRC is used in the most commonly used plastic forming methods by blowing method.

In the blowing method, blowing techniques are combined with the extrusion method. The blow molding process begins with the extrusion of a parison and the material is pulled up when the material is soft. At the same time, the air pressure pushes the plastic out to match the mold.

By applying air pressure to the inner parison, it is possible to ensure an uniform thickness and tube diameter. After the soft plastic is blown and the parison is captured into the mold. Hence, it is possible to produce thin-walled parts such as bottle and hollow parts.

Mostly the blow molding method is used to fill the goods that the consumers users and this method is performed in two steps. First, the parison is produced and the parison is blown as a mold to create the final shape.

PPRC BLOW MOLDING Methods

PPRC blow molding can be applied in two different ways; extrusion and injection. By applying both methods, it is possible to produce high quality and durable PPRC products. Hence, PPRC products are highly preferred in many areas.
