PPH – Injection

Especially used in garden furniture, kitchen utensils, and various injection products, pp injection is a liquid plastic material, which is shaped in molds that are connected to plastic injection machine. Injection , in other words, injection molding is the process of shaping the plastic under pressure in heated molds.

PP Injection Molding

PP injection gives a high performance in terms of production speed and its labor cost is low. With this method, it is possible to produce the products with a smooth surface. In particular, complex shaped products are produced in a short time. It is preferred as an advantageous method in terms of speed and practicality in fulfilling special requests. It provides many advantages in terms of pressure, temperature and time control. Today, multi-station devices have been developed that detect manufacturing faults and that save time.

Injection Molding Method

PP injection , which is a production method in which the hydraulic system pressure is adjusted according to the plastic type. In this method, the pressure is 700-2000 kgf / cm² on average, the temperature is 160-250 ºC and the production lasts 10 to 30 seconds. There are two groups of injection molding; piston-diver type and screw type. Electric energy is used as energy for heat. Mold closure is extremely important and you need to adjust the pressure well to ensure that your plastic does not overflow.

Injection Molding Products

This method is used in the production of plastic garden furniture, kitchenware, safes, basket, plastic pallet, yogurt containers and special plastic products. Nowadays, PP is used in many areas and plastic injection responds to special requests.
