PPRC – Injection

PPRC INJ. -What is the definition of the Injection?

The spray forming method is not used on its own in a continuous manner. Used in the mass production, the production of the pprc injection uses both special machines and distinctive molds connected to these particular machines.

In the PPRC injection method, the liquid material is sprayed into the mold by the piston. In addition, presses operated by the worm drive are used. The injection method is preferred for preparing the liquid plastic in big volumes.

PPRC injection method is one of the most widely used methods in the production of plastic parts. The mechanical resistance of these plastics that are widely used is high. The chemical resistance of PPRC products is also powerful. These products are obtained as following; the plastic with thermoplastic characteristics is heated by using a special device and the closed molding method and the heated plastic is then injected into the mold.

PPRC INJ. – Injection – What are the advantages of PPRC Injection?

The injection method with large production capacity ensures a high-quality production. Compared to other methods, it provides an economic advantage since it is inexpensive.

It is possible to produce the parts with the smooth surface with the injection molding method. This helps to produce complex parts in a single process. Hence, it is possible to achieve a high level of automation in the products.

PPRC injection, which both reduces the costs and ensures to fulfill the particular requests, helps to combine the parts that weigh between 15 gr and 25 kg. It can be used in areas such as compressed air pipes, water treatment plants, sanitary lines, air conditioning – cooling and piping with floor heating system.
