HDPE Film and Properties
HDPE FILM , also known as High Density Polyethylene Film, is a polyethylene type that has a density of 0, 940 – 0, 970 g / m3 and is used in areas where the climatic conditions and chemical durability are important. Since it can be provided in large volumes and the supplied materials can be combined with the welding methods, this material is preferred to be used in wastewater treatment and tank construction.
The HDPE Film, which has the perfect chemical resistance, can be used in many areas easily with its mechanical properties. The heat sealing performance of HDPE Film is also high. While the width of High Density Polyethylene Film varies between 500 mm and 2400 mm, its thickness can vary between 25 microns and 100 microns.
High Density Polyethylene Film, as a crystalline polymer, has the intense molecular strength. The High Density Polyethylene Film, which is much harder than other polyethylenes, is well-known for its strength and roughness. HDPE can be applied to any area. For applying HDPE film at the outdoor areas, there are ultraviolet reinforced and black colored films as well.
Uses of High Density Polyethylene Film
High Density Polyethylene Film, which is successfully used in many areas, is preferred by many people thanks to its advantages. We can list the uses of High Density Polyethylene Films as follows:
